This position will help prepare end users for the new EHR through on site support utilizing change management and training tools. You will be the go-to resource for new users of the system, providing them change management tools and resources, analyzing workflows end-to-end, answering questions, solutioning problems, and helping users get set for success when the new system is live. Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the landscape will be critical in ensuring alignment with program objectives.
