What You Will Need: • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. • Bachelor's Degree • ONE (1) or more years of experience working with DoD or Federal Agencies • Knowledge of the U.S. Navy and experience in Navy-related projects and operations • Experience with data analysis and using data to identify trends and recommend improvements • Technical skills and the ability to analyze complex information sets • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an acquisition or program office environment What Would Be Nice To Have: • Navy experience (preferably with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) or PAE Maritime or one of their program offices) • Experience with Sustainment Programs • Experience supporting a product support manager in an acquisition program office • Prior consulting experience • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong oral and written communication skills The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
