Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and in-person interactions. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, pricing, and order status. • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. • Promote additional services and products to enhance sales opportunities. • Help with alteration services. • Tagging, barcoding, racking, and inspection of items • Maintains a professional appearance in company uniform. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or call center environment. • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. • Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively. • Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
