Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Cleaners, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Located in the Bay Area, this role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our eco-friendly services. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as a premier provider in the dry cleaning industry. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Assist customers with their dry cleaning needs, including explaining services and pricing. • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of transactions. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. • Promote eco-friendly practices and educate customers about our services. • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related field. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Basic sales skills are preferred but not required. • Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.
