Managing customer relationships, onboarding, and strategic account growth in SaaS environments. | Experience in customer success, account management, and SaaS, but lacks specific cybersecurity or DoD sales experience. | About the Opportunity Graystone Group is partnering with a well-funded cybersecurity Value-Added Reseller (VAR) that support critical missions across the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence communities. This firm provides enterprise infrastructure, secure networking, and cyber security solutions that enable modernization, resilient operations, and compliance with defense standards. We are seeking a Federal Sales Director (DoD Cyber) to build strategic relationships across defense agencies and drive adoption of best-of-breed technologies from top OEM partners. What You’ll Do Sales Leadership • Own and grow a defined DoD territory or branch (DISA, Army, USAF, Navy, USMC, etc.) • Develop net-new business and scale strategic customer relationships • Drive full sales cycle — prospecting, solution positioning, demos, pricing, and close • Align OEM partners, sales engineers, and capture resources behind mission needs DoD Mission Engagement • Build strong relationships with CISOs, Program Leadership, Infrastructure & Cyber Teams, and Acquisition Officers • Understand DoD priorities around cloud migration, secure networking, Zero Trust, and identity security • Leverage and expand presence on DoD purchasing vehicles (SEWP, ITES, CHESS, CIO-SP, GSA MAS, etc.) Channel Collaboration • Work closely with OEM partners including NetApp, Cisco, Dell, and leading IAM vendors such as Octa, Ping Identity, SailPoint, etc. • Participate in joint account strategy, pipeline development, and capture plans • Maintain accurate and timely forecasting, CRM hygiene, and internal reporting What You Bring • 3–7+ years of technology or cybersecurity sales experience with a focus on DoD customers • Experience selling infrastructure hardware/software (storage, networking, servers) and/or IAM and access security • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity mandates and frameworks (Zero Trust Strategy, DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, IL5/IL6 environments) • Demonstrated success winning net-new logos and scaling enterprise accounts • Excellent communication, negotiation, and C-suite persuasion skills • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant cyber or sales certifications a plus (CISSP, Sec+, CCSP, ITIL, PMP) Why You’ll Love This Role • Strong channel partnerships with leading OEMs — ability to sell a broad, mission-aligned portfolio • Uncapped commission structure + competitive base salary • High-growth organization with clear upward mobility into Defense Sales Leadership • Flexibility to operate remotely while remaining mission-focused Compensation • $175,000 - $200,000 Base Salary • 50/50 Split Commission (Year one OTE $400k) • Earn-in Equity

They are innovating at the forefront of digital security and need a dedicated accounting professional to ensure their financial operations keep pace with their growth. In addition to supporting the core cybersecurity business, this role will also contribute to the financial operations of their value-added reseller (VAR) subsidiary, which plays a key role in delivering complementary solutions to customers. About the Role This role combines traditional accounting support with opportunities to take on junior controller-level responsibilities. You’ll be the first in-house accounting hire, working alongside leadership and an external fractional CFO. Your contributions will directly support the company’s ability to scale while maintaining sound financial practices, while also strengthening the financial infrastructure of their VAR business unit. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. • Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry in QuickBooks Online. • Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and support monthly/quarterly close processes. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Partner with leadership to streamline processes and implement best practices. • Support financial reporting and accounting operations for the company’s VAR subsidiary. • Take on controller-level tasks such as variance analysis, cash flow management, and supporting audits or investor reporting. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; exposure to controller-level tasks a plus. • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a small, collaborative team. • Interest in working in a mission-driven cybersecurity environment.
