We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join us! The Program Management Senior Specialist is the glue that keeps all the elements of an email marketing campaign project together. They are well organized project managers, excellent communicators, proactive problem solvers and technical subject matter experts well versed in email marketing. They are the connective tissue between the business (product marketing managers), production project managers and development team. They ensure projects are well defined, and delivered on time and meet quality standards. The base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000 - $131,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Responsibilities: Partner with product marketing managers (PMMs) in campaign ideation and intake document formulation Collaborate with PMMs during the campaign ideation stage, gather technical requirements, confirm feasibility of ideated campaign features, define potential execution timeline and the intricacies of email personalization and complex logic Provide strategic input on growth best practices, segmentation, and user journey optimization to help achieve campaign business goals Act as a consultative partner, advising PMMs on how to translate business objectives into effective owned channel (i.e. email) strategies Guide the PMM through the Campaign Requirement Document creation, ensure the intake documents are completed and comprehensive for the production team Project manage campaign development and deployment Kick off and strategically manage campaign development with offshore production team, provide guidance and answers to production team during the production process, manage production timelines Prepare work orders for the production team and create project estimations for the PMM, managing the approval process for these estimates Coordinate with Data Specialists to ensure that data requirements and inputs are fully aligned with HTML development and production process, as well as be a strategic partner between Data Specialists and offshore production team Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) reviews on all deliverables against client specifications before releasing to the PMM Communicate production progress to PMM, facilitate approval of simulations, proofs and prototypes, ensure any changes are implemented after prototype and proof review Flag issues that arise during the production process and proactively seek solutions Manage campaign deployment in Internal Growth tools, monitor campaign health Actively manage the Internal growth tool (i.e..Gamma) campaign deployments and proactively manage the campaign lifecycle (pause, activate, launch Gamma campaigns). GAMMA is Google’s internal email marketing platform Be the expert on Gamma campaigns under their management Monitor campaign deployment health through Gamma reporting tools and internal tools. Where applicable, delegate monitoring to Data Specialists and email specialists acting as the accountable party for campaign health monitoring and error escalation Conduct post-launch campaign performance analysis to derive engagement insights and identify areas for future improvement Troubleshoot and solve escalations When issues arise on existing or newly deployed campaigns, proactively lead the resolution process by quickly identifying root causes, work closely with product marketing managers, production project managers, and the development team Document the issue in the form of a blameless post mortem, ensure alignment across stakeholders and facilitate process adjustments mitigating repetition of the issue in the future across the team Drive innovation and thrive for excellence Proactively look for ways to improve the process to drive efficiency and reduce risk such as through implementing AI tools in the email creative or production processes Keep things organized Attend regular scrums and stand ups, provide updates on project status and act as a collaborative business partner to the PMM leading the scrum Effectively and proficiently communicate with the offshore production team by setting up and leading weekly calls. We work hard, we play hard, and we want you to join us! The Tech Process Specialist is a key contributor to the success of marketing programs, from initial concept to final delivery. This role uses specialized knowledge of marketing automation to drive best practices, optimize efficiency in production and execution, and enhance program performance. The Tech Process Specialist builds essential marketing program components, including emails, landing pages, campaigns and forms, while working closely with delivery managers to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues. The base salary range for this full-time position is $76,000 - $91,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Responsibilities: Provide strategic best practices and recommendations for marketing programs Produce campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and forms within a marketing automation WYSIWYG editor Create campaigns to support marketing initiatives, including nurture programs, lead scoring, event promotion, and data management Ensure the accuracy and continuity of existing and newly created programs Translate and communicate technical concepts to internal teams Interpret non-technical initiatives into technical solutions Provide campaign performance results in comparison to industry and internal benchmarks Collaborate with teammates to continuously optimize output and program performance Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience with various email technology tools and digital marketing automation program management such as email, paid media, event experience 4+ years experience in Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, etc. Basic understanding of coding languages such as HTML and CSS Valuable teammate that contributes to overall success but also able to work independently; is detail oriented and solution-driven Familiarity with UX registration flow and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications: The following qualifications are a plus, but transferable skills and experience are equally valuable: Marketo Certified Expert Demonstrable experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation and program reporting. Understanding and analyzing project requirements and translating it into specifications and programming deliverables.
