Responsibilities: Growth Enablement & Market Strategy • Define, operationalize, and continuously refine the company’s growth strategy across employer-sponsored pharmacy and benefits administration markets. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to translate go-to-market strategies into scalable processes and repeatable playbooks that drive adoption and revenue growth. • Lead initiatives that improve market positioning, customer engagement, and solution differentiation in a competitive PBM and benefits landscape. • Partner with Finance and Product teams to model ROI, business cases, and financial outcomes of growth initiatives. • Ensure alignment between commercial strategy, client operations, and implementation functions to deliver a consistent employer experience. Business Process Engineering • Design and implement external-facing business processes that support the delivery of PBM and benefits administration services directly to employers. • Build standardized workflows for client onboarding, pricing, contracting, benefit setup, and ongoing account management. • Apply process design methodologies to ensure scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency. • Partner with technology teams to automate key functions and improve data integrity, visibility, and reporting accuracy. • Continuously assess and refine enterprise processes to enhance speed to market and client satisfaction. Go-to-Market Execution & Enablement • Collaborate with Marketing and Product leaders to refine value propositions, service offerings, and differentiators for the employer market. • Define go-to-market readiness criteria for new products and services, ensuring alignment across operational, compliance, and client service teams. • Lead cross-functional launch plans, coordinating timelines, enablement materials, and communication strategies. • Establish a framework for performance tracking across all GTM initiatives, including pipeline conversion, client activation, and retention metrics. Performance Measurement & Reporting • Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress against enterprise goals, growth targets, and project milestones. • Implement governance processes for ongoing performance reporting and accountability across departments. • Present executive-level insights on strategic initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for acceleration. • Foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement and transparency across business units. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Lead, mentor, and empower teams in growth operations, process design, and enablement. • Promote collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product, and Client Success to ensure alignment and operational readiness. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required, but advanced degree preferred; minimum of 18 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 15 years with a Master's degree • 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits, healthcare administration, or employer-sponsored benefits, including significant leadership in account management, business operations, or strategy roles. • Proven track record leading growth enablement, go-to-market execution, and business process engineering in a B2B or direct-to-employer context. • Deep understanding of PBM operations, benefits administration workflows, and employer group implementation. • Demonstrated success in designing external-facing business processes that support scalability and client satisfaction. • Experience building cross-functional reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards at the enterprise level. • Strategic thinker with operational precision and a bias for execution. • Expertise in process engineering, market enablement, and business transformation. • Strong understanding of PBM economics, benefits administration, and employer group dynamics. • Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights. • Strong project management and change management capabilities. Your responsibilities will include leading and expanding our customer service delivery function in collaboration with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner. Additionally, you will dive deep into managing high-touch support escalations and work cross functionally to provide solutions that can scale. You will champion our vision for live customer support and proactive engagement with pharmacy partners, while also exploring new channels to enhance customer engagement. You'll be responsible for managing the BPO relationship, ensuring the vendor consistently meets or exceeds service levels and KPIs that drive efficient, high-quality customer experiences. You are a key partner with internal teams, and will have ownership of solving high-priority support issues. Responsibilities: • Lead the performance management of our BPO vendor, proactively identifying risks and driving accountability to meet or exceed KPIs and service levels. • Own and analyze operational metrics; identify trends early and drive data-informed process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes. • Launch and scale new support initiatives with our vendor, ensuring thoughtful planning across workflows, tools, and channel mix. • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to team members, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with operational goals and team culture. • Play a hands-on role with internal stakeholders in Product/Engineering during new launches. • Balance hands-on operational execution with strategic oversight to deliver both excellent customer experiences and strong business outcomes. • Collaborate with the Director on forecasts, budget planning, operational modeling, and managing BPO contracts, including renewals, scope changes, and performance-related adjustments. • Design and manage escalation processes; follow through on high-priority issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. • Partner with L&D and QA to shape training, content, and quality programs aligned with our support vision. • Identify opportunities to improve customer and agent experience through better tooling, automation, and internal workflows. • Travel quarterly (domestically and internationally) to BPO sites and lead recurring business reviews and cadences that promote operational transparency and accountability. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, or systems management, or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of diverse customer service/support domain experience. • Experience managing service delivery through an onshore/nearshore BPO vendor. • Experience managing and developing individuals or small teams, with a leadership style that promotes collaboration, learning, and operational excellence. • Experience analyzing vendor dashboards, leading cross-functional meetings, or designing better support processes. • Demonstrated ability to flex between tactical execution and high-level strategy in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. • Skilled and graceful hands-on problem solver. • Hands-on experience with key support tools (e.g., SFDC, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, Alchemer, TalkDesk, chat tools, etc.) and omni-channels. • Proven ability to facilitate change around new processes and technology in a continuously evolving environment. • High EQ and cultural leadership skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication. Experience managing and finessing onshore and nearshore BPO vendor relationships. About The Role GoodRx is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and strategy for our Subscriptions and Accounts teams. As part of the Product Data Science & Analytics team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Finance. Your work will focus on analyzing the subscription lifecycle, defining performance metrics, designing experiments, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll also help ensure data quality and support the development of dashboards and tools that guide decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities • Partner with Subscription Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define KPIs, develop performance metrics, and track the customer lifecycle across acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement behavior tracking and data models to evaluate subscription product performance. • Proactively conduct analyses to identify key trends and surface growth and retention opportunities across the subscription base. • Lead and support experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), including hypothesis formation, test design, statistical analysis, and post-test insights. • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Leverage data visualization tools to present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner • Identify and mitigate analytical gaps that impact decision-making related to our suite of subscription products. Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL, including the ability to write production-quality code with little oversight. • 5+ years experience in experimental design and analysis and statistical analysis including A/B testing and other causal inference methods. • 3+ years experience implementing custom tracking and creating best practices in a Customer Data Platform, such as Segment • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Experience with DBT or ETL environments • Experience working with client side analytics and tagging tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, or Amplitude • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
