We are currently seeking a detail-oriented IRA Processor with experience in self-directed IRAs and retirement account transactions to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities • Open new IRA accounts and facilitate rollovers and transfers with major custodians (e.g., Equity Trust, STRATA). • Review, prepare, and submit all required IRA transaction documents. • Coordinate between clients, custodians, and our internal sales team to ensure smooth processing. • Track transfer timelines and ensure timely funding and asset delivery. • Maintain compliance and accurate documentation for all IRA transactions. • Provide exceptional support and clear communication to clients throughout the process. • Stay updated on custodian procedures and IRS regulations affecting IRAs. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in IRA processing or financial services operations (required). • Familiarity with self-directed IRA custodians and transfer/rollover processes. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy. • Customer-first mindset and professional attitude. • Precious metals industry experience is a plus, but not required.
