Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead our Privacy Office operations. This role is responsible for managing the organization’s privacy incident investigations program and supporting enterprise-wide privacy compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of data protection laws, risk mitigation strategies, and a proactive approach to fostering a culture of privacy awareness. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage privacy compliance programs aligned with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations. • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection risk analyses. • Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and training materials. • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. • Partner with IT, Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure privacy-by-design principles are implemented. • Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and support incident response investigations. • Maintain records of processing activities and ensure data mapping is up to date. • Support audits and reporting related to privacy compliance and risk management. Key Qualifications • 7 or more years of related privacy office experience and preferably within healthcare. • Bachelor’s degree in related field required and master’s preferred. • Deep knowledge of aviation roles, particularly pilots and mechanics personnel. • Healthcare knowledge and experience a plus. This technician will be qualified to support our King Air C90 and B200 airframe. Responsibilities: • Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician. • Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures. • Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company’s information security standards. • Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew. • Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members. • Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team. Minimum Required Qualifications • Four (4) years turboprop and/or turbine powered fixed-wing experience • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license • Valid State issued Driver's license • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge • EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning • Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations. • Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program. • Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs. • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
