Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead our Privacy Office operations. This role is responsible for managing the organization’s privacy incident investigations program and supporting enterprise-wide privacy compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of data protection laws, risk mitigation strategies, and a proactive approach to fostering a culture of privacy awareness. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage privacy compliance programs aligned with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations. • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection risk analyses. • Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and training materials. • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. • Partner with IT, Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure privacy-by-design principles are implemented. • Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and support incident response investigations. • Maintain records of processing activities and ensure data mapping is up to date. • Support audits and reporting related to privacy compliance and risk management. Key Qualifications • 7 or more years of related privacy office experience and preferably within healthcare. • Bachelor’s degree in related field required and master’s preferred. • Deep knowledge of aviation roles, particularly pilots and mechanics personnel. • Healthcare knowledge and experience a plus. A&P Mechanic - Fixed Wing FULL-TIME Opportunity in Wichita, KS • Starting Salary: $76,752 -$111,946 annually (including 20% geo modifier) • Sign-On Bonus 12,500 • Schedule M-F (evening shift available as well) We’re hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within EagleMed. This technician will be qualified to support our King Air C90 and B200 airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients. Responsibilities: • Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician. • Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, regularly update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests when necessary and document part expenditures. • Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with the company’s information security standards. • Take pride in sustaining a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew. • Use appropriate communication methods to help facilitate coordination of efforts between departments, vendors and team members. • Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team. Minimum Required Qualifications • Four (4) years turboprop and/or turbine powered fixed-wing experience • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license • Valid State issued Driver's license • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge • EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning • Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations. • Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program. • Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs. • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
