Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead our Privacy Office operations. This role is responsible for managing the organization’s privacy incident investigations program and supporting enterprise-wide privacy compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of data protection laws, risk mitigation strategies, and a proactive approach to fostering a culture of privacy awareness. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage privacy compliance programs aligned with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations. • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection risk analyses. • Develop and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and training materials. • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations. • Partner with IT, Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure privacy-by-design principles are implemented. • Respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) and support incident response investigations. • Maintain records of processing activities and ensure data mapping is up to date. • Support audits and reporting related to privacy compliance and risk management. Key Qualifications • 7 or more years of related privacy office experience and preferably within healthcare. • Bachelor’s degree in related field required and master’s preferred. • Deep knowledge of aviation roles, particularly pilots and mechanics personnel. • Healthcare knowledge and experience a plus.
