As Manager, Supply Chain Finance, you’ll partner directly with supply chain, operations, and finance leaders to drive cost efficiency, optimize inventory, and improve decision-making across multi-site operations. Your insights will have a direct impact on reliability, safety, and the bottom line. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial analysis for procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory planning to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Develop and manage financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards that highlight performance and drive supply chain decision-making. • Oversee intercompany leasing transactions and material transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards. • Drive inventory optimization, balancing reliability with cost efficiency, and reducing excess stock across multiple operating sites. • Build financial models and business cases to support strategic supply chain initiatives. • Partner with procurement to forecast purchasing volumes and develop pricing agreements with key suppliers. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for supply chain activities. • Support automation initiatives and improve reporting efficiency through Excel, Power BI, and SAP. • Develop internal controls and procedures that strengthen compliance and financial accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations. • Strong analytical skills and experience in problem-solving with a high level of precision. • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills; SAP experience strongly preferred. • Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex data into clear insights for leadership. • Proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. • Occasional travel flexibility required.
