Manager, Supply Chain Finance – Houston, TX Step into a leadership role at the intersection of finance and global supply chain operations. As Manager, Supply Chain Finance, you’ll partner directly with supply chain, operations, and finance leaders to drive cost efficiency, optimize inventory, and improve decision-making across multi-site operations. Your insights will have a direct impact on reliability, safety, and the bottom line. Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial analysis for procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory planning to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Develop and manage financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards that highlight performance and drive supply chain decision-making. • Oversee intercompany leasing transactions and material transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards. • Drive inventory optimization, balancing reliability with cost efficiency, and reducing excess stock across multiple operating sites. • Build financial models and business cases to support strategic supply chain initiatives. • Partner with procurement to forecast purchasing volumes and develop pricing agreements with key suppliers. • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for supply chain activities. • Support automation initiatives and improve reporting efficiency through Excel, Power BI, and SAP. • Develop internal controls and procedures that strengthen compliance and financial accuracy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of finance experience, ideally with exposure to supply chain or operations. • Strong analytical skills and experience in problem-solving with a high level of precision. • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills; SAP experience strongly preferred. • Excellent communication skills—able to distill complex data into clear insights for leadership. • Proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. • Occasional travel flexibility required.
