The Senior Technical Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and enriching platform data to ensure high quality data for consumers. This role involves independently analyzing, debugging, documenting, and modifying data across multiple systems and data sources. | Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline and at least 8 years of professional experience with large datasets. Develop flexible, reusable, and efficient SQL code while adhering to best practices. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and impact analysis to identify data quality issues, inform automation efforts, and report findings to teams and stakeholders Optimize queries and procedures, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements Familiarity with Supplier product and price catalogs, ERP Systems and/or Procurement Platforms Contribute to the design and implementation of ETL processes using PL/SQL, SQL or Python. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related discipline 8+ years of professional experience analyzing and extracting insights from large datasets. Experience with the Snowflake database platform and Sigma BI tool Demonstrated analytical skills, including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization. The Contracts Analyst is responsible for drafting and managing a variety of contracts as part of the commercial deal management process. This includes ensuring all contracts are drafted accurately and efficiently, and in compliance with predefined internal turnaround times and approval workflows. | A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and related experience is required, along with 3 years of experience in contracts management or related fields. Preferred qualifications include experience with pricing software and a background in software as a service. | The Contract Analyst is responsible for drafting and managing a variety of contracts as part of the commercial deal management process. This includes User Agreements, Statement of Work (SOWs), Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and other contract-related documents. The primary goal is to ensure all contracts are drafted accurately and efficiently, and in compliance with predefined internal turnaround times and approval workflows. This role requires close cross-functionally between the Sales and internal departments such as Product Management, Consulting, Legal, Implementation, Accounting and Finance. A key focus of this position is managing deals within the Contract Operations queue. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of quotations by verifying that deal rescoping is properly reflected and entered into the system for proper processing. Key Responsibilities: • Draft a variety of customer-facing documents —including User Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and other contract-related material—in alignment with GHX playbook. • Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure terms align with company policies and risk guidelines, while supporting timely and successful deal execution. • Understand and apply the go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and processes when collaborating or advising sales on deal structure. • Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently by maintaining high throughput and consistently meeting established turnaround time service level agreements (SLAs). • Deliver operational support across both upstream and downstream processes to ensure seamless contract lifecycle management and cross-functional alignment. • Ensure the quoting and contracting systems are up to date throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity. • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness. • Support the creation, refinement, and ongoing maintenance of internal documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in Contract Operations processes. • Assist with additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects as needed, ensuring timely and effective completion. Key Skills/Competencies • Skilled at collaborating effectively across diverse business functions to drive results. • Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen ability to convey information clearly and concisely. • Familiar with standard contract and legal document structures and processes. • Strong critical thinking abilities, particularly in analyzing and interpreting complex contract language. • Experienced in using software workflow applications, such as Salesforce.com (CRMs) and Icertis (CLMs). • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a solid understanding of advanced features. Required Education, Certifications, and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or a combination of education and related experience. • 3 years of experience in contracts management or related experience including sales operations, project management, customer support, financial analysis.
