GHX Marketing is seeking a Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive efficiency, accountability, and performance within the marketing team. This role focuses on project management and workflow optimization, ensuring processes run smoothly and initiatives are executed on time. In addition, the role will partner closely with demand gen campaign managers and the Sr. Marketing Technology and Operations lead to optimize campaign tracking (e.g., UTMs, lead sourcing), analyze performance data, and translate results into meaningful business insights. A smaller portion of the role includes maintaining social media publishing. This role reports to the Executive Director of Global Brand and Creative Services and works cross-functionally within Marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project & Workflow Management Lead project management across marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-team alignment. Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and accountability. Maintain project documentation, task tracking, and reporting through Asana. Campaign Optimization & Performance Partner with demand gen campaign managers and the Sr. Marketing Technology and Operations lead to ensure consistent UTM usage, campaign tagging, and accurate lead sourcing. Monitor and track campaign and event performance, pulling robust data into meaningful reports. Translate campaign results data into the "so what" story, highlighting business impact, lessons learned, and recommendations for optimization. Process Documentation & Quality Assurance Develop and maintain clear documentation of workflows, processes, and best practices. Support QA for campaigns, forms, integrations, and lead flows to ensure accuracy and reliability. Social Media Maintenance (Minor Focus) Support publishing cadence and scheduling of social content. KEY COMPETENCIES 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign management. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency with project management tools, preferably Asana. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, Demandbase) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Understanding of campaign tracking with UTMs, attribution models, and lead sourcing. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a clear, compelling way. Detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for improving processes and workflows Basic familiarity with social media publishing tools and scheduling. SKILLS Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams. Ability to simplify complex data into insights for stakeholders. Process-oriented thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. The compensation for this role is: $87,400- $116,500 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
