The Senior Global Programme Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing global programs, developing strategies, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the achievement of project goals. The role involves strategic planning, program implementation, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with company objectives. The individual will be required to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Qualifications • Strong strategic planning and program management skills • Proven experience in managing global programs and leading cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience with budget management and resource allocation • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
