Qualifications • Strong strategic planning and program management skills • Proven experience in managing global programs and leading cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience with budget management and resource allocation • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
