Twelve-fold growth in a year. More than 1K customers. A product that legal teams call indispensable. With that kind of velocity, Marketing Operations becomes the backbone of how we run. We’re hiring a Director of Marketing Operations to architect the engine underneath it all. Our funnel runs on real product signals: class attendance, trial depth, message volume, Word add-in usage, workflow completions, and expansion triggers. Someone needs to turn all of that into a single, coherent picture of how we drive revenue via marketing, and where we push next. You’ll own the systems, data, reporting, and operating rhythm that keep our machine aligned and moving. You’ll partner tightly with Revenue Operations while building the structure that lets marketing scale without slowing down. This is a role for someone who loves clean data, fast cycles, and making complex systems feel simple. Why This Role Matters We are scaling rapidly across three segments and dozens of workflows for in-house legal teams. To keep pace, we need someone who can blend analytics, tooling, forecasting, and program management into one coordinated system. Your work will shape how we allocate spend, understand our funnel, forecast pipeline, and build a repeatable growth marketing engine. What You’ll Do Marketing Operations You’ll own the marketing roadmap for data, systems, automation, scoring, and lifecycle. You’ll bring clarity to funnel definitions and handoffs, integrate product usage signals directly into marketing workflows, and make sure we always know what drives conversion and expansion. You’ll oversee data governance that reflects the expectations of an in-house legal audience and run campaign operations for classes, trials, demos, and lifecycle programs so every motion is tracked and measurable. Insights and Analytics You’ll own analytics end to end and build reporting that gives leadership a true view of performance. You’ll define how we approach attribution as we scale, and use AI to build predictive models for conversion, expansion likelihood, and churn risk. You’ll spot anomalies before anyone else sees them and surface insights that shape how we operate. Planning and Forecasting You’ll run monthly planning cycles and drive the operating rhythm for marketing. You’ll forecast segment-level pipeline across Individual, Team, and Enterprise, partner with Finance on spend and ROI, and build the dashboards and KPIs that help us run a high-growth SaaS business with confidence and discipline. Tooling and Data Infrastructure You’ll own the marketing tech stack and improve data quality across HubSpot, product analytics, attribution tools, and experimentation platforms. You’ll partner with RevOps on shared architecture and data flow across GTM teams, and manage vendor relationships from evaluation through renewal. Program and Project Management You’ll bring predictable execution to a team that ships daily. You’ll scope projects, set timelines, lock owners, keep cross-functional teams accountable, and track risks, blockers, and tradeoffs so leadership always knows what’s happening, what’s at risk, and what’s landing on time. What Great Looks Like You think in systems and spot broken processes before others do. You bring order without slowing anyone down. You use AI tools to move faster and uncover insights others miss. You can explain a complicated funnel in two sentences. You stay calm when volume spikes. You lift the entire crew with clarity, discipline, and data. Requirements 6+ years in marketing ops, revenue ops, analytics, or GTM operations in SaaS Proven experience owning systems and data infrastructure at a high-growth startup Deep experience with HubSpot, product analytics tools, AI-driven workflows, and data modeling Strong forecasting and financial fluency; comfortable building pipeline and ROI models from scratch High bar for data accuracy, compliance, permissions, and governance Strong communicator who can simplify complex systems for non-technical teams Operates with urgency, precision, and ownership in fast-moving environments

Own the full lifecycle of product initiatives, shape product strategy, and build prototypes for AI-driven legal platform. | Over 10 years of product leadership experience, familiarity with AI and enterprise SaaS, and a background in software engineering or CS. | About The Role We're building the operating system for in-house legal. As the first Product Manager at GC AI, you'll own product initiatives across a platform that's evolving from AI copilot to full workflow orchestration and autonomous legal teams. You'll tackle hard, unsolved AI product problems: user experiences for multi-agent workflows, instant retrieval over massive datasets, and the trust architecture required to let AI take action on behalf of lawyers. You'll work directly with our founders, customers, and a small group of strong engineers to ship features across contracts, research, and cross-functional workflows. Why This Role Matters We've raised $60M at a $555M valuation because we've built something legal teams love to use (70+ NPS, which is unheard of in legal software). Now we need a PM who can help us extend that lead. You'll own the intersection of product vision and execution. Feature prioritization, building prototypes, shaping the roadmap, and translating customer insights into product direction, these are yours. As the first PM, you will set the foundation for building the practice of product management at a hyper-growth Series B Startup. What You'll Do Own the full lifecycle of product initiatives from inception to launch Work with solutions attorneys and customers to vibe code and build prototypes with Cursor, Replit, and Claude Code. Drive product strategy across core pillars: Contracts Foundation, Knowledge & Research, Memory & Personalization, Integrations, and Workflow Orchestration. Build a deep understanding of how to make LLMs effective for complex, knowledge-intensive work, becoming a domain expert along the way. Gather feedback from strategic customers to inform product direction. Shape business models, pricing, and packaging with the founders and other executives for enterprise buyers. Set the foundation for the product organization, influencing team culture, processes, and long-term goals. Scope build-partner-buy decisions for adjacent capabilities (CLMs, VDRs, compliance tools). Extend the platform to adjacent teams: Procurement, Security/Compliance, Sales Ops, HR. What You Have 5-10 years of experience in product management or software engineering, with a proven track record of leading strategic, high-stakes initiatives. Degree or relevant experience in CS or Engineering Familiarity with AI and LLMs B2B / enterprise experience Track record of shipping polished enterprise software Ability to hold both big-picture strategy and ground-level details Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information Willingness to do whatever the team needs: support, testing, ticket cleanup Nice To Have Early employee at a hyper-growth startup Prior experience at a high-growth startup or building 0→1 products Experience at world-class enterprise product orgs (ex: Ramp, Stripe, Palantir)
