Create and oversee database which allows our net lease customers to report changes in components, use this database for predictive failure analysis. Monitor usage by net lease customers ensuring that when contract negotiations are taking place, we have usage data available for our commercial team. Serve as a liaison with new net lease customers regarding maintenance that GATX can perform on their units whether in the Gulf Coast Region or anywhere in North America.
