Lead delivery engineering teams to design and implement automation solutions using WorkFusion platform and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. | Requires 8+ years software development experience with Java frameworks, strong Agile and leadership skills, and expertise in databases and system design. | Role :- Solution Architect Location :- New York, NY (Remote) Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect with a strong balance of technical expertise, solution design, and client-facing presentation skills. This role involves leading delivery engineering teams, implementing automation solutions using the WorkFusion platform, and designing ML-driven business processes. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery. Core Responsibilities • Design and develop Intelligent Automation solutions using WorkFusion (ML, RPA, scripting, workflow orchestration, API integrations). • Provide expertise in architecture, security, scalability, performance, and usability. • Research emerging technologies; build prototypes, POCs, and MVPs. • Collaborate with internal teams for platform and algorithm enhancements. • Lead client workshops, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions. • Support business development through proposals and project scoping. • Re-engineer workflows to improve efficiency and address unstated needs. • Lead mid-size projects/programs as a hands-on technical expert, ensuring delivery pace and quality. • Provide onsite execution support during client engagements (travel as needed). Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Java frameworks. • Strong background in Agile methods, systems thinking, and technical project leadership. • Proven success in collaborative, iterative product development environments. • Experience leading engineering teams, performance evaluation, and feedback. • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL). • Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns. • Experience with Unix/Linux systems. Nice to Have • Master's degree in computer science or related field. • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). • Scripting skills in Groovy, Python. • Knowledge of web services, JSON, XML. • Familiarity with ML/AI principles and distributed systems.
