We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Lead/Architect Join Galent and help us deliver high-impact technology solutions that shape the future of digital transformation • Senior technical developer who has worked in Revenue Cloud implementation projects • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience as Technical developer • Customizing native Revenue Lifecycle Management(formerly Revenue Cloud/CPQ) to streamline quote-to-cash process • Hands-on experience with using advanced configuration tools like Pricing procedures, Product catalog management and constraint models to replace complex, custom CPQ code Job Summary The Senior Technical Lead in salesforce apex development is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. The Senior Technical Lead will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive innovation in Salesforce development. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform 2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components 3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions 4. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables 5. Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality 6. Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation 7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills Skill Requirements 1. In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools 2. Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements 3. Strong understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities 4. Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams 6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement
