LOCATION & COMMITMENTS: Department: Executive, Client Success Position Type: Full Time Location: Fully Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday - Weekend availability on demand to meet the needs of our clients WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Forta is actively looking for a Client Success Manager who is passionate about expanding access to autism treatment, ensuring that clients and parents have a smooth therapy experience and maximizing their impact by achieving a high utilization rate. Our CSM will join Forta’s client success team and be responsible for building out processes and managing customer relations to ensure that clients who are interested in ABA therapy receive care. Together with other members of the Forta team, you will own client retention, ensure that clients are satisfied with the service we deliver, expand customer segments, and increase the revenue pipeline. You will be instrumental in achieving revenue goals. Our CSM will spend their day problem solving for families and encouraging them through tasks, including parent training and meeting insurance requirements. Daily tasks will include reviewing your calendar and scheduling calls with parents, looking for issues that might have arisen via email and text, and ensuring that all areas of the pipeline are experiencing progress. • Promote strong relationships with clients and engage in intense understanding and problem-solving behavior with parents. • Manage customer relations and ensure that clients are connected with other areas of the organization; • Demonstrate clear communication and collaboration across departments to ensure that clients are on the pathway to receiving quality care. • Develop effective communication and commercialization strategies to drive revenue. • Develop and monitor revenue pipeline and customer service, focusing on company growth and client retention strategies while implementing growth strategies. About the Role We’re looking for a Physician Referral Partnerships Manager to grow and manage referral pipelines from physicians, clinics, and hospital systems. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with pediatricians, neurologists, developmental specialists, and behavioral health practices to ensure families are referred seamlessly to Forta for ABA therapy. The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare sales, physician liaison work, or provider account management, with a proven ability to educate clinicians, establish referral workflows, and deliver measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Referral Growth • Develop and manage a pipeline of physician referral sources (pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, developmental clinics). • Increase referral volume by educating providers and their staff on Forta’s services and referral processes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned practices to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty. • Identify new physician networks and community partners to expand referral channels. Relationship Building • Build and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with physician practices and healthcare systems. • Represent Forta at pediatric, hospital, and behavioral health industry events to expand visibility and referrals. • Customize outreach strategies to fit regional needs and practice workflows. • Partner with intake and clinical operations to ensure smooth handoffs from referral to care initiation. • Track referral activity, conversion, and account health in CRM systems.
