Own and evolve enterprise platform systems, translating business needs into technical requirements, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. | 3-5+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager with experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS billing, and system integrations. | We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve Foley’s enterprise platform ecosystem. In this role, you will sit within Product Management and lead technically complex systems that enable scale, data integrity, and revenue as we modernize our platform and continue our transition to cloud-based architecture. You will own a platform-level roadmap, partner closely with Engineering and Architecture, and play a key role in usage-based and transactional billing integrations that directly support how we monetize our products. This is a product-first role for someone who enjoys owning complex systems, working cross-functionally, and shaping the backbone of a modern SaaS business. What you’ll do Platform Strategy & Ownership Own and evolve the enterprise platforms roadmap, balancing scalability, reliability, and revenue impact Define system boundaries, integration patterns, and long-term platform direction in partnership with Engineering and Architecture Execution & Delivery Translate complex business and technical problems into clear product requirements and a prioritized backlog Define and drive usage-based and transactional billing data flows, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, resilient solutions and make informed technical tradeoffs Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, RevOps, and Customer teams Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders Who you are 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager Experience working deeply with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, billing, or systems of record Hands-on experience with usage-based or transactional billing in a SaaS environment Understanding of data models, APIs, and system-to-system integrations Ability to partner effectively with engineers and guide technical tradeoffs Clear communication skills and comfort working through ambiguity Nice to have Experience supporting usage-based or hybrid pricing models Exposure to data warehouses and analytics workflows Experience supporting cloud migrations from on-premise systems Background in regulated or compliance-heavy SaaS environments Location: This role is primarily remote (US-based) and will work EST hours, with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices. This role delivers timely, accurate, and compliant support across phone, email, and chat while building trust and positive customer relationships. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys helping others, values consistency and structure, and can remain patient and professional in a fast-paced, phone-forward support environment. What you’ll do Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, handling a consistent daily call volume (approximately 60 calls per day) Educate and guide customer, many of whom are not software-savvy, through Foley’s SaaS platform and processes Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate, and compliant solutions Support clients, drivers, and candidates with DOT and FCRA related questions Review, process, and verify driver, compliance, and employment documentation Conduct employment verifications and collect required information Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in CRM tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Use phone queues and tools such as Dialpad to manage call flow efficiently Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams Deliver professional, high-quality service that reflects Foley’s brand and commitment to trust Who you are Patient, resilient, and able to remain calm when supporting frustrated or upset customers Comfortable educating and reassuring customers who may struggle with technology Reliable, self-managed, and interested in a stable, long-term role Organized and detail-oriented, with respect for process and accuracy Confident communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Comfortable working in a structured, performance-focused environment Schedule Hours of Operation: Our Support team operates during the following hours (Eastern Time): Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM No weekend, no holidays You may be scheduled to start as early as 8:00 AM or finish as late as 8:00 PM, depending on business needs and team coverage. WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE 5+ years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role, ideally within a SaaS, legal, or similar company servicing motor carrier fleets. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for the trucking industry (e.g., FMCSR, HIPAA, etc.). Proven ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into operational or product guidance. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey regulatory updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
