Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic partner to business units, translating business needs into clear IT requirements and actionable initiatives. • Lead or manage small to medium-sized IT projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities. • Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities and technology solutions. • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language. • Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams to support project proposals, updates, and decision-making. • Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) to extract insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. • Advocate for and influence business process changes and IT adoption across departments. • Maintain strong organizational practices to track deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8–10 years of total relevant experience. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) or a major CPQ application (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus). • Proven experience leading or managing small-scale IT projects or initiatives. • Strong ability to present and communicate effectively with executive and business leadership teams. • Skilled at interpreting and explaining technical information in a business context. • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, BOBJ. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • We are currently unable to sponsor or support visa applications. Preferred Experience/Skills: • Experience with IT infrastructure projects or platforms. • Exposure to or experience with web development technologies and principles. • Experience working in a global or manufacturing environment is a plus.
