Maintain and update account credentials, passwords, and access lists, ensuring accuracy and security across systems. Coordinate with IT on employee setup, distribution group emails, litigation notifications, and onboarding for new hires. Prepare and manage new client engagement letters, set up client files in legal and collaboration systems, and support internal reporting such as weekly and monthly hours tracking. Draft offer letters, assist with job postings, circulate firm-wide communications, and support ongoing administrative needs across legal teams. 💡 Qualifications: Prior experience in an administrative or legal administrative role within a law firm or legal environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using document management or legal systems such as iManage, CLIO, SharePoint, Notion, or similar platforms. Experience managing calendars, documents, electronic signatures, and internal communications. Ability to coordinate with IT teams on system access, onboarding, and technical setup.
