They operate in a fast-paced, team-based environment, supporting legal professionals through structured processes, technology-driven systems, and firm-wide administrative coordination. ✍ Short Description: The Legal Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day administrative and operational functions for a legal team, ensuring organization, documentation, and internal coordination run smoothly. This role focuses on calendar and call management, document handling, system setup for new employees and clients, and ongoing coordination with IT and internal teams. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting legal workflows, and enabling efficient communication across the firm. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in USD Remote-first flexibility. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Manage calendars and calls, save and organize documents, and handle DocuSign workflows to support daily legal operations. Maintain and update account credentials, passwords, and access lists, ensuring accuracy and security across systems. Coordinate with IT on employee setup, distribution group emails, litigation notifications, and onboarding for new hires. Prepare and manage new client engagement letters, set up client files in legal and collaboration systems, and support internal reporting such as weekly and monthly hours tracking. Draft offer letters, assist with job postings, circulate firm-wide communications, and support ongoing administrative needs across legal teams. 💡 Qualifications: Prior experience in an administrative or legal administrative role within a law firm or legal environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using document management or legal systems such as iManage, CLIO, SharePoint, Notion, or similar platforms. Experience managing calendars, documents, electronic signatures, and internal communications. Ability to coordinate with IT teams on system access, onboarding, and technical setup.
