Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, developing sourcing strategies, and coordinating with hiring managers. | At least 5 years of recruiting experience, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools. | Job Description: • Supports full life cycle recruitment managing 35-40+ jobs • Ensures all core TA activities are followed and documented throughout the hiring process • Develops a sourcing/recruiting strategy to support vacancies • Utilizes all tools available (LinkedIn, Workday, etc.) to ensure a diverse candidate pool is considered • Facilitates the identification and selection of talent using multiple sourcing methods • Manages the interview process for applicable candidates including scheduling and soliciting feedback • Facilitates the offer process with candidates selected for hire • Acts as liaison between TA Operations, hiring managers, and candidates Requirements: • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 5+ Years of recruiting experience, preferably within a financial services industry • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines • Awareness/Understanding of 1LOD risk objectives and requirements • Advanced knowledge of passive candidate sourcing utilizing various job boards and databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday preferred) • Advanced ability to utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday preferred • Basic understanding of how to interpret data related to the recruitment and hiring process to identify trends and then incorporate strategic actions to improve results/impact change. Process customer service requests, post payments, assist with cash disbursements reconciliation, support billing processes, and perform administrative tasks. | High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year banking experience, preferably in commercial lending or teller/branch operations. | Position Title Operations Specialist Location Hicksville, NY 11801 Job Summary The Operations Specialist supports Flagstar Financial Operations in accordance with procedures and policies set forth by the Bank. Hourly Pay Range: $21.10 - $23.62 - $26.98 Job Responsibilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Process incoming customer service calls, email and mail requests. • Perform daily postings to sub ledger of various forms of payments by check, wire, ACH and internal transfer, ensuring payments are posted to the appropriate accounts. • Assist the funding department in the daily reconciliation of cash disbursements as needed. Research items to ensure all disbursements are accurate and the totals prove. • Assist with Flagstar Financial and Flagstar Financial Public Funding biling process. • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed. Additional Accountabilities • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Job Requirements Required Qualifications: • Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • Minimum experience preferred: 1+ Years prior banking experience preferably in a commercial lending environment. • Prior experience as Teller/Branch Operations and/or Accounting desired. Job Competencies • Strong attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency working with numbers. • Ability to work and think independently and collaborate within a team. • Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights.
