Supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve their performance. Drives store sales and controls expenses: Actively seeks ways to boost sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service. Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines, ensuring promotional materials are displayed properly and updated regularly. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous retail management or merchandising experience. • Strong leadership and team development skills. • Familiarity with store layout, display setup, and inventory management systems.
