Job Title VP, AI Product for Platform Infrastructure About Your Role As VP, AI Product for Platform Infrastructure, you will lead the product strategy and execution for core artificial intelligence capabilities within Financial Solutions at Fiserv. The Senior Systems Engineer (NonStop) will maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure 24x7 uptime and lead software release planning and implementation. Job Title Senior Systems Engineer (NonStop) What does a successful Senior Systems Engineer (NonStop) do at Fiserv? We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (NonStop) to provide technical solutions in a highly visible, large enterprise environment. You'll combine technical proficiency with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. What you will do: Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure 24x7 uptime on the NonStop systems including client related connectivity Lead Guardian OS , Network, and other major software release planning and implementation Assess and implement platform security solutions and configurations Apply technical expertise to support the deployment of technology architecture and the total system solutions Identify system performance bottlenecks and recommending performance improvement solutions Perform analyses (e.g., performs technical research in order to assess system performance and capacity) Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for the entire infrastructure Perform daily continuous improvements on all NonStop servers, including off-platform servers, such as Splunk, Prognosis, Moogsoft, ServicePoint, SharePoint and BackPak servers, their databases, user and data security, etc. What you will need to have: 5+ years of experience with of Guardian OS, NonStop SQL, and NonStop hardware platforms 5+ years of experience in configuring systems within the NonStop platform from end-to-end 5+ years of experience working with SQL, Guardian/OSS, NonStop Web Services (SOAP), and XML or JSON Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, or work experience What would be great to have: Experience working with Nonstop Security Experience with encryption and key management Experience with NS7X technology (X-Series) Experience in a large scale enterprise level environment This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington. Job Title Technology Analyst Program I Technology Analyst Program – Cyber Security The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assessments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period. Knowledge of Database technologies Python, R Languages, SQL, T-SQL. Experience with data visualization platforms such as PowerBi and Tableau.
