Job Title Customer Service Associate-Nebraska Residence Only What does a successful Remote Customer Service Associate do? A successful Remote Customer Service Associate at Fiserv is smart, patient, technically savvy, and customer focused. They excel in supporting clients with financial transactions and are dedicated problem solvers, willing to take that extra step to provide superior service. The role involves troubleshooting basic issues and inquiries about electronic payments and services. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, this position suits individuals capable of thriving in a remote setting. What you will do: Receive inbound calls from clients including bank partners, merchants, and cardholders, efficiently resolving their issues to their satisfaction. Provide great experience for clients through active listening, effective communication, and insightful problem-solving. Efficiently navigate multiple systems and screens to access account details, verify client information, and conduct research to resolve inquiries. Utilize the customer relationship management system to ensure up-to-date and reliable client records. What you will need to have: 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. High school diploma or equivalent. What would be great to have: Previous remote customer service experience. Demonstrated stable job tenure of one year or more in each position. Experience in a customer-facing call center environment, preferably with merchants or financial institutions. Proven experience using customer service software, CRM systems, and relevant technologies. Important information about this role: This role requires the following internet speed requirements: Ping less than 50 ms, download greater than 25.0 Mbps, upload greater than 10.0 Mbps. You must meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a desk for the required equipment provided.
