In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive, supportive experience during every interaction. We’re looking for an Event Intern to join our brand activation team. In this role, you’ll help represent our company at festivals, trade shows, retail activations, and local community events. You’ll learn the art and strategy behind engaging attendees, showcasing products and services, and driving real-time sales or lead generation—all while working alongside seasoned event marketing professionals. What You’ll Do • Represent our brand at a variety of in-person events, from high-traffic expos to vibrant street festivals. • Greet attendees with a warm, approachable attitude and spark conversations that leave a lasting impression. • Share our product or service offerings in a way that’s engaging, clear, and on-brand. • Support live demonstrations, sampling, or hands-on experiences for attendees. • Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring displays look polished and inviting (light lifting required). • Maintain a professional, positive demeanor throughout long, sometimes high-pressure event days. • Collect and organize attendee leads for follow-up, providing valuable insights back to our marketing team. • Stay up-to-date on campaign goals, special promotions, and brand messaging through regular team briefings. What You’ll Bring • Current senior or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or related field (preferred, not required). • Previous experience in promotions, customer service, retail sales, or events is a plus but not essential—we’ll train you! • Strong communication skills, a natural ability to connect with people, and the confidence to approach strangers in a friendly way. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs for event setup and teardown. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel for events when needed. • Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to attend in-person events.
