Lead and manage employees to ensure timely, damage-free shipments while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction. | High school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of industry regulations, strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. | Position Overview Lead employees to ensure customer satisfaction by moving all shipments on time and damage free Essential Functions • Lead, manage, educate and develop company employees focusing on retention and growth • Supervise and direct employee work (including pre-shifts) with a focus on outstanding quality, customer deliverables and safety performance identifying and overseeing improvement • Actively monitor, record and educate employees regarding unsafe acts/conditions correcting immediately using corrective action as need.
