POSITION OVERVIEW: This position plays a key role in the design, development and troubleshooting, and debug software systems, contributing to both enhancements and the creation of new product offerings ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead end-to-end development of complex software concepts, from initial design through to deployment. 2. Plan, execute, and validate systems programming tests, including the integration of interfacing and software tests. 3. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical proficiency. 4. Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities. 5. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 6. Perform other duties as required Pay Range: $83,799.00 - $160,894.00 per year QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience • Three (3) years’ experience in information technology or engineering environment • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced, dynamic environments. • Strong leadership, customer and people development skills. • Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills WORKING CONDITIONS: • Some travel Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Posting Date: 02/09/26. Pay: Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
