Who You Are: We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Product Marketing Intern to support a high‑impact product marketing initiative focused on delivering polished, consistent, and scalable product demos. This intern will own one large, multi‑layered project designed to enhance our sales and client‑facing experience across multiple formats. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, storytelling, visual content creation, and hands‑on production work. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales enablement teams to transform raw demo recordings into engaging, consumable assets. What You'll Do: The primary focus of this internship will be developing a suite of product demo experiences, including: Sales Demos: Build polished click‑through and narrative demos that support the sales process. Website‑Embedded Demo: Create a locked‑down, interactive demo environment for prospects to explore product capabilities. Interactive Click‑Through Demo: Use demo‑building or UX walkthrough tools to guide users through product functionality. Guided “How‑To” Demos: Develop structured, step‑by‑step tutorial content for clients to learn how to use key features. Video Editing & Production: Work with recorded product demos. Edit video clips, refine audio, add annotations, and prepare final assets aligned with brand standards. Leverage editing, capture, and demo‑building software to create polished deliverables. Key Responsibilities Review, organize, and audit existing demo recordings addressing key opportunities for optimization Refine and create close captions for all existing and net-new video demos to support accessibility requirements Use click‑through/demo software (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, Walnut, Reprise, Arcade, or similar tools—training provided). Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure demo accuracy and relevance. Script, storyboard, or outline demo flows for consistency. Upload and light editing of updated demo footage using the templates provided by manager Package deliverables for Sales, Marketing, and Client Training teams. Ensure version control and organization of demo assets. What You’ll Learn Best practices in product marketing storytelling. End‑to‑end demo production workflows. How product features translate into customer value. Cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Practical skills in demo creation, video editing, and UI walkthrough design. What You Bring: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Product Management, Business, or related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multi‑step projects. Basic familiarity with video editing tools—or enthusiasm to learn quickly. Curiosity about software products and user experience. Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred (but not required) Experience with video editing or screen capture tools. Exposure to UX, instructional design, or digital content creation. Experience with demo automation or click‑through software. Our team drives mission-critical projects from initial planning through approvals and final execution, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence every step of the way. The Senior Project Manager leads high-visibility, multi-million-dollar building code and zoning initiatives. This fully remote role requires periodic travel to our New York City headquarters—approximately 10 trips per year—for key meetings, project milestones, and on-site inspections. You will oversee the full lifecycle of large alteration and development projects—strategizing with clients, liaising with the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), and directing cross-functional teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal leadership, setting timelines, allocating resources, and mitigating risk on projects with citywide impact. • Provide executive-level project management across a diverse portfolio of complex building code and zoning projects. • Coordinate directly with clients, architects, engineers, and the DOB to secure timely approvals and resolve issues. • Review and sign off on plans to ensure strict compliance with NYC building codes and zoning regulations. • Lead research and retrieval of critical records from multiple NYC agencies to support project objectives. • Mentor and guide junior project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans; report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Travel to the NYC headquarters or project sites at least 10 times per year for key meetings and inspections. • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in building code, zoning, construction management, or a related field. • Required Certification: Active Class 2 DOB Filing Representative ID (Code & Zoning Representative) issued by the New York City Department of Buildings. • Proven record of leading large, complex projects and teams to successful completion. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. • High proficiency with Windows applications, Bluebeam, MS Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Word. • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with acute attention to detail. • Management experience strongly preferred; experience mentoring or supervising staff is a plus. • Familiarity with DOBNOW and deep knowledge of NYC building codes and expediting processes. • Potential management of a dedicated project team, including conducting performance reviews, handling disciplinary actions, and overseeing interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes. • Salary range: $177,000 – $200,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and LTD insurance. • 401(k) with employer match. • Generous paid time off and 12 paid holidays. • Collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.
