Job Description Summary: An established leader in sustainable energy solutions is seeking an experienced battery sales professional to drive B2B growth across automotive, industrial, and commercial markets. This remote-based role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven salesperson with a strong background in battery sales and distribution. The Regional Sales Manager will expand market share through relationship building, strategic account management, and consistent execution across multiple channels. Success in this position requires deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing sales pipeline independently. What You’ll Do: Identify, engage, and grow a regional portfolio of customers within the battery industry. Manage high-value relationships with distributors, retailers, and industrial buyers. Promote and sell a full range of battery products, including lead-acid, AGM, and lithium technologies. Prepare and deliver quotes, pricing, and tailored proposals to meet client requirements. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and regional events. Maintain accurate CRM tracking of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide post-sale support and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Experience You’ll Need: 7+ years of direct battery sales experience, preferably with a major manufacturer, distributor, or energy solutions provider. In-depth understanding of battery technologies (lead-acid, lithium, AGM) and their commercial and industrial applications. Proven success managing B2B accounts, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets. Strong relationships within the battery or energy storage sector. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
