Your primary responsibility will be to actively support all phases of the software development lifecycle using COBOL and RPG related to the clients enterprise, billing/ invoicing applications for their leasing division. This system owns all customer, contracts, transactions, reservations and related components to their rental business. You will validate requirements and develop/ test code, assist with production migrations, provide outage support, and troubleshoot related issues. You will build enhancements and assist with maintenance as needed. Additional tasks will include testing efforts related to unit, integration, smoke and regressing testing and respond to escalations from production support teams for higher level issues related to the system.
