Job Description: We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Business Transformation Analyst to lead the analysis, optimization, and enhancement of business processes within the Legal Services organization. This role will also play a key part in shaping how we design and interact with AI systems—particularly large language models (LLMs)—by crafting effective prompts, designing intuitive conversational flows, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Job Summary: This role blends traditional business transformation with emerging AI interaction design. You will map current-state processes from legacy tools to new platforms, develop low-code/no-code workflow solutions, and lead initiatives that involve designing and optimizing interactions with AI agents. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that both business processes and AI-driven experiences are efficient, intuitive, and aligned with organizational goals. Essential Job Responsibilities Design and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to guide accurate, safe, and context-aware outputs, aligning model behavior with business goals and user needs. Develop and iterate multi-turn conversational flows, reasoning paths, and user feedback loops to support intuitive and effective AI-powered interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX, product, and engineering—to shape seamless, accessible AI experiences. While not a software development role, the ability to engage with technical tools and workflows is valuable. Analyze and map complex business processes across departments, identifying inputs, outputs, and dependencies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using data-driven insights. Lead the design and implementation of low-code/no-code workflow solutions (e.g., Power Platform, Decisions, Salesforce). Evaluate and benchmark current processes against industry standards and best practices. Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Identify and implement opportunities for automation, AI integration, and digital transformation. Qualifications & Characteristics Experience with prompt engineering, LLM interaction design, or conversational UX, with a focus on shaping model behavior and user experience rather than software development. Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or custom LLM applications, and the ability to fine-tune interactions through prompt design and iterative testing. Understanding of natural language processing, AI safety, and human-centered design principles, especially in the context of conversational interfaces. Proven experience in business process reengineering and transformation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred. Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an asset. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint/MS365, Power Platform, and Automation Anywhere is a plus. The Compensation range for this role is 80,000 to 100,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
