Job Description: Job Summary The Director of Client Development is responsible for leading client development initiatives, driving sales growth, and managing a team of client development professionals. This role involves strategic planning, client prospecting, and effective communication to achieve business goals. Job Responsibilities • Lead and manage client development initiatives to drive sales growth. • Develop and implement strategies for client prospecting and acquisition. • Oversee the performance of the client development team. • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and consultative selling. • Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes. The Compensation range for this role is $120,000 USD up to $150,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or commission plan. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
