About the Role: As the Senior Vice President of Global Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in our senior leadership team. You will shape the vision, strategy, and implementation of Ensono's partner and business development frameworks, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence. You'll mentor senior leaders, promoting a high-performance culture and nurturing future business talent. Key Responsibilities: • Set strategic direction for pre-sales business development, partner management, and alliance engagement. • Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies including outreach, joint solution development, and new business initiatives. • Oversee the creation and management of partner programs and alliances that drive value for Ensono. • Ensure operational excellence in prospecting, partner onboarding, and business pipeline management. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maximize partner impact and customer satisfaction. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives. • Stay informed about industry trends to guide business development strategy. • Represent Ensono at industry events and in high-level client meetings. • Define and monitor key performance indicators for the business development team. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Manage a team of senior leaders in Partnerships, Alliances, and Business Development. • Coach and mentor to develop leadership skills and succession planning. • Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years in sales, business development, or related fields, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role. • Successful history of building partner ecosystems and driving new business growth. • Proven capability to lead and inspire high-performing teams. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Exceptional communication skills, especially with C-level stakeholders. • Deep knowledge of digital transformation and managed services markets. • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies. • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects. You will have accountability for the creation of new bookings as well from the acquisition of new clients through consultative engagement process. You must be highly motivated and have the ability and desire to run you self-functioning sales unit by partnering with Sales Engineering, Operations, and Marketing within the business. As the successful candidate, you will be a strategic thinker and self-starter who is focused on creating solutions and solving business problems with a consultative sales approach. You will be a multi-dimensional thinker who operates not only on the basis of important past experiences but with the incorporation of new approaches and developments that occur in this fast-moving market. You also must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and reports. As a senior leader in the Ensono Sales team, you will ensure proper execution for the lifecycle of a deal establishing sound relationships with internal stakeholders and client executives. Key Activities Include: Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and relationships to drive account and revenue growth Create new and sustain existing senior relationships Promote and drive client relationships by providing thought leadership and consultation on the alignment of client business needs to Ensono and partner products and services Ability to partner in a cross-functional model with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product Drive contract negotiations for new and existing business in partnership with Legal Work closely with Sales Engineering and the customer on solution, value, and pricing scenarios Responsible for developing and delivery of prospective client proposals Represent Ensono at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. Communicate information effectively to diverse audiences, internal and external to the company, recognizing business and product terms and value Challenge the current thinking, assumptions, and status quo to drive results and innovation Recruit, train, and grow account executive team Successfully run business with Sales Operations and SFDC framework We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. This role ensures that access rights are granted, maintained, and revoked in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The IAM Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining all necessary certifications required to access and manage these systems. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage user access for multiple applications ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Vet access rights prior to granting access, following established security and compliance protocols. Unlock or reset passwords for users as needed, supporting day-to-day operational requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of access management tools and technologies relevant to supported platforms. Ensure all activities meet regulatory compliance standards, including but not limited to SOX, HIPAA, and FIPS 140-2, as applicable. Maintain and renew certifications required for system access and management, ensuring continued compliance and eligibility. Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to support audits and provide evidence of access controls and certifications. Participate in incident response and troubleshooting related to access management issues. Document processes, procedures, and access management activities for internal and external audits.
