Position Overview The purpose of this position is to develop architecture, execute projects, prioritize, investigate and troubleshoot problems and questions pertaining to server hardware & software, system applications and data processing as appropriate. Additionally, this position is the primary contact for data center infrastructure, cloud service and responsible for day-to-day operation of server operations including provisioning, maintenance, backup & recovery and other related activities. The role operates with minimal oversight and acts as a strategic advisor to IT Infrastructure leadership. Essential Job Functions Strong conceptual and analytical skills Problem-solving abilities Possess high-level of accountability and ownership Operate as a technical leader with minimal oversight Log and track calls using problem management database and maintain history records and related problems documentation Manage computer servers, network health, file backups, antivirus and EDR servers Available for on call support in rotation with system administrators Perform maintenance windows, testing, disaster recovery planning or unplanned outages as needed Oversee email service including administration and provisioning of mailboxes, calendars and distribution lists Perform hardware, software, cloud deployments pertaining to infrastructure. In-charge of implementation of all datacenter and cloud related technologies. Automate mundane operations tasks for helpdesk, desktop and system administrators Document system configurations and track changes Provide mentorship and technical leadership to system administrators and support staff Server as escalation point for System administrators, Desktop and Helpdesk analysts Other Job Functions Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required Keep up with technology trends and act as the leading advisor in Datacenter and cloud technologies to the IT Infrastructure Manager Perform additional duties as assigned Ability to work off-hours and on call when required Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent technical work experience, required 8-12+ years’ experience of Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange, DNS, Microsoft365, Azure and all related technologies (Entra ID, virtual machines, networking, storage, defender, etc.), required 3+ years in a senior or lead-level role Strong Experience with Microsoft Intune, required Expert Experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory, required Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Azure Monitor, SCOM, SolarWinds, etc.) Strong Experience in SAN, NAS storage, and backup technologies, required Experience in working with web hosting vendors and cloud hosted servers, required Deep Experience and knowledge of virtualization technologies(Hyper-V and VMWare), required Experience with high-availability technologies such as load-balancing and clustering, required Advanced Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, VBS, etc.) to automate tasks, required Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing basics, VPNs, firewalls Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication

Position Overview The Compliance Specialist will provide administrative, and operations support to the Hospital Compliance Officers in maintaining and monitoring the hospital’s compliance program. This role will assist with documentation, data collection, education, reporting and other essential compliance functions to help ensure the hospital meets all compliance standards. Essential Job Functions Provide designated reports and assist with gathering and reporting results in a timely manner. Provides support including preparation of reports and presentations. Assist in obtaining supporting documentation for referral source payment audits. Assist Committees with scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Assist with medical record amendment process, which includes, receiving, logging, and tracking requests. Oversee the Compliance and Privacy Hotline distribution to the perspective compliance personnel to review. Assist with tracking and compiling compliance education completion reports. Assist with data collection including compiling compliance related data and metrics. Provide support on data entry for internal monitoring and auditing activities. Track and support timely follow-up on reports under the direction of the Hospital Compliance Officers. Assist with planning and coordination of the annual compliance week with hospital wide compliance awareness. Assist with pulling data for the quarterly compliance facility assessments. Support the Hospital Compliance Officers by assisting with multiple projects as assigned. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
