This position is responsible for driving strategic initiatives focused on identifying and developing key supplier partners while consolidating the tail supplier base. The role also leads the development of all new product development (NPD) and resourcing opportunities that support the growth of our World Areas. The Supplier Development Director owns the development and execution of supplier capacity plans, ensuring progress is made on schedule to support the organization's mid-term and long-term business growth objectives. This role also works closely with Product Supply Chain Leaders, Buyers, Material Managers, and Quality Managers to drive cost reduction initiatives.
