Job Description We are looking for a skilled and proactive Aftermarket Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer dedication from the company’s installed base. This role focuses on improving the lifetime value of existing customers through service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, retrofits, and digital solutions. The position requires a strong balance of commercial savvy, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with service, sales, and product teams. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, customer-focused, and results driven. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Implement sales strategy to grow aftermarket revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and identify growth opportunities. • Analyze customer data and equipment lifecycle to proactively propose valuable solutions and preventive maintenance. • Collaborate with channel partners, product teams, and service operations to develop and deliver aftermarket products and services. • Drive alignment with lifecycle service programs including long-term agreements, shutdowns, and commissioning. • Use digital platforms (CRM, analytics) to supervise performance, segment customers, and identify sales opportunities. • Partner with sales leadership on pricing, promotions, and strategy while providing customer insights for future offerings. • Define, track, and report critical metrics and forecasts; continuously improve aftermarket processes and customer engagement. For This Role, You Will Need: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling/servicing actuators, aftermarket sales, or proven hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, motors, and/or controllers, ideally in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or Oil & Gas • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a track record of delivering revenue growth • Experience with CRM systems, service management tools, and data analytics. • Growth-minded individual with strong selling, execution and results oriented focus • Validated ability to collaborate, influence and implement across matrixed regional service teams Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: • MBA Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
