Identify system issues and submit IT incidents and PEERS to resolve. Respond to general operational and billing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Participate in assigned projects including analysis, testing, product and procedural development, and implementation. Support internal and external audit requests including data gathering, validation, and follow-up actions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical background and experience in process documentation and reporting. Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Location: Owings Mills The hiring base salary range for this position is $60,400 to $83,050 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as Senior Controls Analyst. In this role, you will be a key contributor within the company’s newly unified global Internal Audit & Controls team, supporting Internal Controls leadership in the design, documentation, testing, and monitoring of the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program. You will assist in the execution of ICFR activities including walkthroughs, risk assessments, control testing, and documentation within the Workiva (Wdesk) platform. In this role, you will provide support to our client's drivers and frontline agents with the authorization of repairs, the processing of pre-approved invoices, supplier email verifications, and by responding to the supplier, client and driver electronic communications.
