Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic Financial Services Recruiter to join our team and drive the scaling of the organization through talent acquisition activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our leadership teams and drive the evolution of our hiring strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from role initiation and market mapping to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless experiences for both candidates and hiring teams. • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with financial services leaders to enhance and implement effective hiring practices. Focus on attracting and screening top talent for roles such as wealth advisors, accountants, and business development leaders. • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews efficiently and maintain the accuracy of our ATS, to ensure an organized and up-to-date recruitment process. • Job Descriptions: Develop and update job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements and attract suitable candidates. • Candidate Experience: Work closely with the HR team to design exceptional candidate interviews and onboarding experiences, ensuring positive and engaging journeys for all candidates. • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. • Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs through networking, talent mapping, and proactive outreach. • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and organizational policies. Job Summary The Retirement Plan Associate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through lead generation and setting meetings with our Director of Client Development, Retirement Plan Solutions (RPS). This person will help support lead nurturing, foster leads to held appointments, and facilitate the closing of leads. As a retirement plan professional, you will be an expert in conveying our value proposition and what it's like to work with us, always staging out the best outcome for the client. This person will be responsible for achieving a targeted number of appointments held for the Director of Client Development and closing certain leads based on the customer's current retirement plan solutions. It is important for this person to be a strong relationship builder as well as an ambassador for the company. The ideal candidate will desire to work in a team-oriented, tech-forward, comprehensive wealth management practice. Additionally, the ideal candidate will embrace technology, enjoy a collaborative environment, and hold in high regard serving clients in a fiduciary capacity. You will report directly to the Director of Client Development, RPS.
