What you'll do The Senior Incident Commander is part of the SRE Incident Response team at Docusign. The role is around leading and facilitating incidents and incident management processes around our products and security. The role involves strategic project management, effective communication with stakeholders including executive leadership, and handling challenging incidents independently. They play a pivotal role in developing Docusign’s overall service excellence practice by creating standard operating procedures, training material, operationalizing action items and provide valuable metrics for improvement. What you'll do As a Legal Innovation Manager focusing on Go To Market, you will apply your blend of legal understanding and technical prowess to revolutionize our commercial contracting processes. This position is an indivual contributor role reporting to the Lead Legal Operations Manager. Responsibility • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered automated contract creation and review systems within the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management platform, transforming manual drafting and routing for both customer and supplier agreements • Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for comprehensive contract reviews and analysis within the GTM context including using AI for precise data extraction (prompt engineering), identifying key clauses, assessing risks, and refining/automating our responses to counterparty edits • Configure and optimize Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management, to streamline legal workflows across the organization, specifically tailoring them for sales and procurement teams • Develop and deploy automated workflows for common GTM tasks such as contract requests, NDAs, and cross-functional approvals for customer and supplier contracts which involves disrupting traditional processes to build new, more efficient workflows • Optimize and evolve commercial contracting playbooks, integrating industry benchmarking, legal best practices, emerging regulatory requirements, and data-driven insights from transaction analysis • Serve as an internal advocate and evangelist of Docusign’s products, deploying them in GTM and other use cases to drive efficiencies and time-savings for the legal team • Analyze existing commercial contracting processes to identify and eliminate time inefficiencies, contributing to faster deal cycles and increased commercial velocity across the organization • Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in legal technology, AI, and contract automation • Collaborate with Legal and Product team members on developing agentic solutions to contracting processes • Provide data-driven insights by tracking and analyzing contract performance and process metrics, supporting reporting on KPIs and demonstrating the value of innovation initiatives Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.
