Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and payroll data analysis for business users. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected. Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 7 years’ experience supporting end users in payroll department. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple Kronos Time Keeping Strong knowledge of time keeping principles and experience with payroll data analysis. Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports. Demonstrated experience supporting Kronos employee time and leave issues. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field.
