This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing enterprise data centers, servers, storage, networking, and disaster recovery operations while ensuring high-performing service delivery across a complex, distributed environment. Role Overview The Enterprise Infrastructure Service Delivery Program Manager provides executive oversight and day-to-day leadership for enterprise infrastructure operations. This role is responsible for ensuring SLA performance, managing large technical teams, driving operational excellence, and aligning infrastructure capabilities with program objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager, this leader will determine resource requirements, guide infrastructure strategy, and oversee service delivery across multiple mission-critical programs. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for enterprise infrastructure operations Oversee Network Engineering, Network Operations Center (NOC), Servers and Storage, and Disaster Recovery teams Ensure SLA performance is achieved, analyzed, and reported to leadership Manage large-scale infrastructure teams delivering enterprise support services Determine and acquire staffing and resource requirements to support assigned scope Oversee IT systems implementation and solution development initiatives Coordinate across multiple infrastructure disciplines and stakeholder groups Manage escalations and resolve complex infrastructure issues Drive continuous improvement, service optimization, and operational excellence initiatives Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to infrastructure management staff Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 8 years of related management experience with emphasis on Data Centers, Servers, Storage, and Network programs and/or projects Experience managing mission-critical infrastructure programs and IT systems implementations Minimum 5 years managing programs with 100+ personnel Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure services across multi-site environments Demonstrated program management and service delivery leadership capabilities Education & Substitutions Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
