Shall be required to perform supported duties at the Integrated Airport Operation & Emergency Center IOC/AOC control room duties when assigned. Daily tasks will vary day-to-day based on what is requiring the attention at the time. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs quality checks on, Facility Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical Systems. Performs administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, handling records and scheduling maintenance. Conducts quality and facilities service maintenance contract compliance assessments of ETAM board managed facilities. Assists in the development of service contracts by proposing contract terms, conditions, specifications, and modifications. Identifies and corrects potential safety hazards to avoid injuries. Reviews invoices and other documents from contractors to ensure accuracy and completion of work. Applies preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems. Responds to service requests to verify nature and extent of issues, verify corrective action, recommend solutions, and verifies quality of work. Consults with Quality Assurance Administrator to reach mutually acceptable solutions when disputes arise with contractors. Enters work order related information into the Airport Total Asset Management System. Responds appropriately to customer complaints of system failure or malfunction; investigates and takes corrective action or notifies responsible system service coordinators. Performs trend analyses and monitor performance metrics. Performs regular inspections of facilities and surrounding areas to identify maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness issues inconsistent with standards. Assesses work in progress to ensure compliance with contract, safety and appearance standards; follows up with responsible parties to resolve open issues. May be intermittently tasked with completing facilities maintenance assignments relevant to technical specialty during the absence of viable service contracts. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent. Design, develop, implement, and communicate compensation programs and processes while collaborating with HRBPs and leadership. | Bachelor's degree, 5+ years broad compensation experience, 3+ years supervisory experience preferred, knowledge of compensation principles, and strong communication skills. | Job Overview Under general direction of the Assistant Vice President Total Rewards, is responsible for the design, development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of the Airport’s compensation programs and processes. This includes the annual merit and incentive plans, salary structures, executive and non-executive job evaluations, market compensation studies, position management, salary offers, reorganizations, and data requests. This position is the subject matter expert in all compensation strategies and supports the organization design efficiencies. What you will be doing: • Develops and directs compensation framework for market pricing, job architecture, and salary structures. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with HRBPs and leaders across the Airport to ensure effective communication of compensation strategies. • Develops and delivers clear and engaging communication, training, and education to all levels of employees across the Airport on the organization’s compensation philosophy, strategy, and processes. • Leads the annual review cycle through consultation and collaboration with HRBPs and senior leaders to ensure a well-defined and efficient process is configured and followed to meet performance management distribution, eligibility requirements, and adherence to budget. • Manages the Airport’s incentive programs including plan eligibility, configuration, and payroll audits prior to payment. • Recommends plan changes or modifications to leadership in response to changing business needs, equity, legislative requirements, or Board policy. Implements the technical modifications needed. • Designs, develops, and conducts surveys for gathering and analyzing salary data, trends, and market movement. • Collaborates with HRBPs regarding client compensation items. • Partners with Corporate Communication regarding executive briefs and employee communications. • Performs other related duties as assigned. What you need: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, human resources management, or related field. • Five (5) plus years of experience in broad-based compensation administration. • Three (3) plus years with direct supervisory experience. • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above. What we desire: • Knowledge of current compensation administration principles and practices and pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations. • Knowledge of current compensation theories and methodologies. • Knowledge of rules and practices related to compensation programs including job evaluation, classification, and organizational analysis programs. • Skill in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. • Skill in communicating clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels and departments within the Airport, including the Board of Directors, as well as outside the Airport to provide information, gather data, make recommendations, and provide HR support. • Skill in collecting and analyzing data, preparing high-quality written reports and presentations, and making recommendations to leadership regarding necessity for change. • Skill in financial analytics. • Ability to monitor programs, contracts, and budgets to remain within approved parameters. • Ability to utilize a compensation tool, i.e. Payfactors, Payscale, CompAnalyst, CompTool, etc. • * Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable: • Certification such as CCP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CEBS, CBP or other human resources certification. • Workday experience. • Public speaking skills and experience. • Ability to supervise, guide, mentor, and develop staff.
