DFW Airport is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to oversee essential projects that align with our sustainability goals and strategic vision. As the Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will: • Lead Strategic Projects: Plan and manage construction and maintenance programs that ensure the longevity, efficiency, and modernization of DFW Airport’s facilities and systems. • Supervise and Collaborate: Guide a multidisciplinary team of professionals, contractors, and consultants, providing mentorship and ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and compliance. • Innovate and Strategize: Develop guidelines, procedures, and standards to optimize project management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Airport Board policies. • Drive Asset Management: Oversee ETAM’s role in the comprehensive Assessment Management Program, conducting facility and system assessments to inform long-range planning. • Monitor and Report: Track project progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, and provide clear, actionable reports to leadership. • Foster Partnerships: Coordinate with airport departments, influencing contractors and stakeholders to meet DFW’s strategic objectives. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related technical field. • Five (5) years of professional-level experience in planning, engineering or construction management. • Two (2) years of experience in a coordinating, supervisory or lead position. · Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above. • Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license. What Sets You Apart • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect. • Experience in planning or construction within the public works or airport sectors. • Familiarity with modern cost and scheduling control techniques for large-scale projects.
