We periodically seek Professional Development student interns to join us, either as volunteers or as part of a school-funded arrangement. Responsibilities • Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Professional Development and the team. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and calendars across multiple campuses and time zones. • Maintain organized digital files, documents, and shared drives. • Assist with preparing professional development materials, agendas, slide decks, and session resources. • Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and timeliness. • Ensure accurate data entry, record-keeping, and reporting in Salesforce and Google Workspace. • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of professional development initiatives and events. • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure seamless operations. • Assist in cross-team coordination between Professional Development, Instruction, Career Services, and other departments. • Compile feedback, track outcomes, and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of programming. • Help create visually engaging content and communication assets using Canva (flyers, infographics, presentations).
