Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven product development programs on time and aligned with strategic goals. | 5-8 years program management experience with 2+ years in technology or AI/ML, strong communication, and proficiency with project management tools. | Description: • As a Program Manager, you will be the central orchestrator ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple AI-driven product development initiatives. • You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, data science, engineering, and business teams to deliver innovation programs on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. • Your role will require technical fluency, strong organizational skills, and business acumen to bridge the gap between research, experimentation, and scaled product adoption. • Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align priorities, resources, and deliverables. • Governance & Roadmaps: Establish program governance structures, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency with senior stakeholders. • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on roadmaps, priorities and risks to the organization. • Risk & Issue Management: Identify blockers early, drive resolution, and ensure programs stay on track. • Best Practices: Champion agile ways of working, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing across the global org. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field a plus. • Experience: 5–8 years of program/project management experience, preferably 2+years in technology, AI/ML, or digital product development. • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, product lifecycle management, and innovation in media, advertising, or digital platforms. • Skills: Strong project/program management skills (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies).
