Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on engagement and operational excellence. Strong background in communication strategies, including the creation of video, slide decks, and other multimedia content to support learning and engagement. Experience in event planning and coordination, such as leading virtual conferences, team meetings, or regional retail events.
